If you have a Verizon Wireless iPad or iPhone and you do not have the following warranty or insurance then call us: If you’re enrolled in Total Mobile Protection, Total Equipment Coverage or Wireless Phone Protection (insurance), you can file a claim with Asurion. Visit the Asurion website or call Asurion.
Note: If you aren’t sure if you have any of these protection options, go to the Products & Apps page in My Verizon. Click the Manage Your Products tab, and select the line with the device that’s having issues. You’ll see one of the protection options listed in your features if you have one.
If you’re enrolled in AppleCare+, you can mail your device to Apple or bring it into an Apple Retail Store (or other Apple Authorized Service Provider) for repair or replacement. You can also contact Apple directly or go to the AppleCare page on Apple’s website for more information.
If you have a AT&T Wireless iPad or iPhone and you do not have the following warranty or insurance then call us:
New or Apple-refurbished devices carry a warranty from Apple of one year after purchase date.
AT&T Certified Like-New devices carry a warranty from AT&T of 90 days after purchase date.
