Online Store Policies
- Orders placed Monday-Thursday are shipped on the same date or the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Delivery time is usually 4 days after your order was shipped.
- Customers will be provide delivery date via email within 24 to 48 after the order was shipped.
- National holidays, natural disasters, and other unforeseen issues can cause delays in processing and shipping orders.
- We ship orders from our local US warehouse or directly from our manufacturer’s warehouse. Delivery times will be the same from both warehouses.
- Once the order is placed and processed, we can no longer change the order or the shipping address.
In order to protect the credit card owners and ourselves against fraudulent orders, we have changes some of our shipping policies:
- We will email customers with the delivery date of their order. Tracking numbers are provided by request. Please email us for details.
- We will ship to the billing address of the credit used to pay for the order. Please contact us first if you need your order shipped to a different address than the billing address of your credit card.
- Changing the shipping address by contacting the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, DHL) are not allowed once your order is shipped. Doing so will cancel your order and your order will be redirected back to our warehouse. You will be refunded (shipping, handling, processing and restocking fees are non refundable).
- We will not ship to any third party shipping or logistic locations. These include UPS stores, mail box rentals or similar businesses.
